Fortified Credit CPR will resuscitate your dead files. Our team want to work on the deals that were not approved. C= Credit Review – We read each bureau and ask the client for explanations to every problem that might have been recorded.

P= Proposal – We build proposals that are submitted to the lenders one at a time. We review each submission and call the lender to find out what the objections are and work to get them over turned or learn from them for the next submission.

R= Revise Revise Revise – Amending numbers, changing units or changing borrowers; we will make changes until we have exhausted every opportunity and can truly call the file dead. Even once the file is dead we still direct the client in ways to improve the credit score and erase any inaccurate information. If they follow our advice we might be able to try again in 6 months.
